Community Health Accreditation Program
As a result of the emphasis SHS places on quality care, we have elected to participate in the Community Health Accreditation Program, CHAP. To attain CHAP accreditation, an agency must meet criteria that indicate it is dedicated to high standards in the administration of the agency, the provision of care, with the emphasis placed always on the satisfaction of the consumer. SHS is proud to have received accreditation in 2006.
